Peace like a river
I've found that if I wiggle the cable around just exactly the right way, I can get my camera and computer to talk to each other! Since it appears that the connection on the camera itself is the problem, I guess I'm going to be doing a lot of hoping and praying for awhile. Get that little part fixed? I don't think so! We're talking about a whole new camera here...

Anyway, "Peace like a river" is mixed fabric and paper, with a fabric transfer of an old cabinet card. It's embellished with vintage snaps, some buttons, and embroidery, as well as all the beaded stuff that I showed up close before.
